Clock should be very straightforward to use. Ask me questions or refer to the FAQ if you don’t understand something.

Change Timezones by right-mouse clicking on the clock.

Change the clock’s hours by right-mouse clicking too. Specify the Morning, Lunch, Afternoon, Evening, and Sleep times in 24 hour format.

If you choose the view’s menu you can add more clocks. Add as many as you like.
